**Clinical Therapists - Community Family Support Services (CFSS)**

The individual who fills this position will provide direct clinical services to children and families in their homes in the above referenced geographical area. An essential component of this position is the ability to meet the needs of a broad range of clients and families.  It is expected that the ideal candidate for this position is available to address a broad range of clinical issues with children ages birth to age twenty-one and their families in their homes and community. The candidate will assist in the identification of the behavioral, medical, social, rehabilitation and educational needs of clients and work in conjunction with providers/team and state agencies to ensure the availability of appropriate services to each family. Minimum Qualifications: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or Ph.D., Currently licensed or otherwise recognized as qualified by the state of Maine in the disciplines required for the children served by the program.  Will accept LMSW Conditional II or LCPC Conditional under provision that individual will be fully licensed within time frame defined by supervisor. M.S./M.S.N. (masters level psychiatric nurse) licensed in the State of Maine (or eligible).

**Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) Community Family Support Services**

Responsibilities include providing in-home support in birth, kin, and adoptive homes; providing direct care to youth served. The BHP will work with a staff clinician and carry out strategies identified in the comprehensive treatment plan.  They will facilitate client growth and strengthen the level of family functioning through positive professional interactions and by exhibiting behaviors and communication skills that exemplify the program philosophy. High level of flexibility is required.  Competitive wage within a productivity incentive model.  Generous health and timeoff benefit package once eligible under productivity model.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or senior-year college status in a related field and professional experience working with children and families is also required.

Behavioral Health Professional - Rehabilitative Services

Responsibilities include providing in-home support in birth, kin, and adoptive homes; providing direct care to youth served.

Minimum Qualifications: High school or GED equivelent plus one year experience working with children and families is also required.

Family Integration Specialist

Work as a member of the treatment team. Actively participate in the evaluation, treatment and basic care of children, who require therapeutic and/or highly specialized residential and/or diagnostic services. Work with foster parents, birth parents, case coordinators, house managers, program coordinators, therapists and other mental health professionals to assess skills and establish an individualized treatment plan.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma, or GED, required and a four-year degree is strongly preferred.  At least one year of paid or volunteer experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges or special needs.

Adult Case Manager (Community Integration Worker)

Provide Community Integration for adults coping with mental health symptoms.  This position porvides case management consultation, skill teaching, development of strategies to make family life less stressful and advocacy/coordination for service needs in an effort to reduce cycles of instability in the lives of those affected with mental illness.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma and must possess MHRT/c cerification (provisional certification level acceptible).  Experience in case management required.  Additionally, it is preferred to have on year of experience supporting adults with mental illness in the community.
