Community Care, voted one of the top two companies to work for in Maine, is seeking a Clinical Therapist.  As a Clinical Therapist you will work with Behavioral Health Professional to provide direct clinical services to children and families in their homes and within the community where the families live.  This is an opportunity to partner with families in treatment and support to improve their situation and meet their therapeutic goals.Must be able to efficiently and effectively meet the needs of a broad range of clients and families addressing a broad range of clinical issues with children ages birth to age twenty-one.  Assist in providing referrals for children and family to community supports and collaborate with outside agencies and providers to ensure appropriate services for each family. Flexible schedule is important.  Ability to work evenings a couple of times per week is required. Minimum Qualifications: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or Ph.D., Currently licensed or otherwise recognized as qualified by the state of Maine in the disciplines required for the children served by the program.  Will accept LMSW Conditional II or LCPC Conditional under provision that individual will be fully licensed within time frame defined by supervisor. M.S./M.S.N. (master’s level psychiatric nurse) licensed in the State of Maine (or eligible). Experience supporting children and families in either a paid or volunteer setting.

The ISW's primary responsibility is to receive and document referrals with concerns of child abuse and/or neglect from professionals, mandated reporters, and members of the community.  Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and LSW or LSW-c (or eligibility for licensure).  Must be able to communicate with reporters while simultaneously entering the information into the electronic database system.
The hourly wage for this position is $18.24 per hour.
The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6:30pm.

We are seeking caring and motivated individuals to conduct safety assessments through investigative casework and provide support to families in our Alternative Response Program (ARP).  ARP provides support to families referred by DHHS due to reports of low to moderate child abuse and neglect. The Social Worker conducts a thorough assessment of risk, facilitates Family Team Meetings to develop a family plan, and provides support to assist the family in reaching goals.  Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; LSW or LSW conditional or eligible for licensure preferred but not required; experience supporting families.
