Children's Targeted Case Management
Growing up is a big job under any circumstances. Dealing with serious mental health issues or behavior problems makes it even more challenging, and no young person or family should have to go it alone.
We offer case managment services to help youth and their families arrange the therapeutic supports they need to function effectively in community settings.
Our case managers will work closely with you and your young person to develop a plan of care that fits your family's needs, including clinical assessment, therapy, psychiatric services, and other supportive interventions.
The goal of children's case managment is to intervene early enough to promote healthy social and emtional expereinces that can help offset challenges later in life. We value your most important role in advocating for the most effective treatment available.
