Community Care chosen for Best Places to Work in Maine for third year
Community Care has been selected as One of the Best Places to Work in Maine for the 3rd year in a Row, coming in 2nd this year!
We were selected after a rigorous evaluation process which
included an assessment of benefits, policies, and working conditions as well an
extensive confidential survey completed by staff.
The survey responses reflect the value that the Community
Care Board and Management team place on our wonderful staff. Here are some of the comments that our staff
included in their survey responses when asked what they liked about being a
part of Community Care:

and what the agency could improve upon. In the course of time I have been
here I have seen the management team make several changes for the benefit of
